Speaking of hearing your own voice—can you hear your own voice? I often find that with so much noise around us—other people's expectations, social media, news—it's so hard to listen to your own voice. I have been feeling like that lately. For the past few weeks, I’ve been trying to do things without external input. I go for walks without my phone, do my stretches without music, and cook without an audiobook. I hope that soon I’ll be able to spend a few minutes each day sitting in silence! I’m not there yet, though. What about you? Do you spend some time in silence?

Often, the answers lie in the things we don't want to do.
I challenge you this week: whenever you encounter something you don't want to do, or a thought that prevents you from taking action, ask yourself, "How is this thought serving me? What is this inaction protecting me from?" Keep asking yourself these questions until you uncover the real reasons or fears that are holding you back. As I always say, awareness is key to your success.

I completed my 30 day yoga challenge!!! 💥
In one of my first newsletters, I asked myself if I was taking care of myself. One of the things that came up was that I was neglecting my body in terms of exercise. So, I challenged myself to exercise every day for 30 days in a row. And yesterday was the 30th day—whoo-hoo! I don't want to stop here, so I will be looking for another challenge because exercising daily makes me feel much better. I ask you again today: Are you taking care of yourself?
